Kitchens of the World at the WorldFood Fair

Kitchens rótatesów, the best food products, regional specialties, natural drinks and juices, sweet and savory snacks and all fragrant with herbs and spices from around the world presented by well-known chefs of Warsaw restaurants – All this is waiting for you during the fairóat WorldFood Warsaw.

This year's highlight of the fair will be the Bellavita Italian pavilion, in which theóThe event will feature workshops and culinary demonstrations with the participation of m.in. Andrea Camastra – chef and wspóhe owner of Warsaw's Senses restaurant awarded the prestigious Michelin star, Umberto Vezzoli of T. Bistrot by Mezoli from Milan and Tomasz Kolecki from the Polish Sommelier Associationów.

Chef of the restaurant „Under the Giants” Paweł Zieliński and Marzena Gromelska – Chef Chianti Kręgliccy will demonstrate exquisite Italian cuisine, especiallyólion's share of attention will be paid to cheeses and „primi piatti”. Pizzermen from Naples will lead a workshop on preparing real Italian pizza. More than sixty Italian producersóin food and beverageóin will present authentic products, wyróchewing on the sproutsód thousand other quality, brand and history.

Chef, culinary expert and longtime Slow Food Poland activist Kuba Korczak will give a lecture combined with a culinary demonstration and tasting: „Culinary events the most effective form of food brand promotion.” Jaroslaw Uscinski, Chef Ogóln Poland's Chef Associationóin Cuisine and Confectionery, owner of Moonsfera restaurant, will conduct workshops and culinary demonstrations of festive Polish cuisine, while Kevin Aiston, well-known chef – firefighter (program „Europe can be liked” ) will present gourmet beef steaks and other specialties of English cuisine.

As part of the fairóIn a special area, the organizers also organized culinary demonstrations of Thai and Mexican cuisine.

Due to the special pre-Christmas time, during the fairóevent will be held: WIELKANOC – MIĘSNE ŚWIĘTA – POLSKA TRADYCJA, as part of a series of events promoting Polish pork and beef and their products during the Easter holiday throughout the country.

During the fairóWorldFood Warsaw 2017 will feature the presentation of the Easter Table with tastings for the public, as well as the IX Og OgóPolish Processing Meetingórców and Commercialóin the Meat Industry.

More than 300 Exhibitors will participate in the fairóThe fair will be attended by representatives of the food industry from 23 countriesóin the world.
