Spring… After the winter months, we have fresh vegetables on our table. We diversify our diet with radishes, lettuce, chives, spinach and my beloved asparagus. The season for them is krótki, so you should be able to quickly prepare something tasty out of them.
My suggestion is scones with asparagus.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 15 g oil
- 110 g lukewarm water
- 10 g of yeast
- 200 g organic wheat flour from Młynomag
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Knead the dough and set aside to rise
Blanch asparagus for 3 minutes in salted water.
Ingredients for the sauce:
Prepare the sauce for spreading
- 4 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sweet cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
Mix the cream cheese and cheese and press in the garlic
We roll out the risen dough, spread it with sauce, arrange the asparagus. Place in an oven preheated to 225 degrees. Bake 20 min. To taste, we can sprinkle with your favorite cheese.
