Ingredients:
- 500g of cake flour from Mlynag
- 250 ml of lukewarm milk
- 50g fresh yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1 żółtko
- 125 g butter
- ¾ glass. Sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Sugar to sprinkle on the rolls
Filling:
- 1 kg jagód
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
Waysób preparation:
Dissolve crumbled yeast in milk, add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix lightly. Leave the leavening in a warm place to rise.
Beat the eggs with the rest of the sugar, add the leavening, the remaining milk, pour in the sifted flour and sól. Knead the dough until it starts to pull away from your hand. Add slowly cooled, melted butter. After kneading, cover the dough with a cloth.
Wash berries and mix with sugar and breadcrumbs.
When the dough increases in volume and becomes fluffy, tear and form balls and from them round cakes. Put a heaping spoonful of jag on eachód and roll together.
After placing on a baking tray, grease with thawed żółtkiem. Bake for 15- 20 minutes at temp. 200 degrees.
